Remember those habanero chilis we were playing with over the holidays? Our first item to use it is also the most deliciously obvious: SPICY. BEEF. ADOBO. For the real chili-heads, we offer a bit of habanero paste on the side. Add with caution.

We're smack dab between The Columns at Legaspi and The Beacon; across the street from Don Bosco Church and right next to Makati Cinema Square (oldies still call it Plaza Fair).
Parking's out front, but there's more parking by McDonald's, and oodles more under the mall.
